Be our guest at this spacious, well maintained Mainsail townhome directly from the owners! As a true Destin (Miramar Beach) tradition and one of the best locations in the area, Mainsail is a 15-acre gated private beach-front family resort. It is located across the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and 2 miles from the popular Village of Baytowne Wharf. Mainsail is convenient to fabulous golf courses, deep sea fishing, snorkling, birding, biking, shopping, great restaurants, water parks, and many types of family activities!
The property includes 2 pools (one heated), a kiddie pool with splash area, hot tub, 4 lighted tennis courts/pickleball courts, basketball hoop, shuffleboard, fitness center, video game room, barbeque grills, and more. March-October - includes beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs) on the private beach. Kayak and Paddleboard rental is available on the beach.
First Floor:
*Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, double oven, microwave oven, refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, Duo Keurig (carafe and single serve), blender.
*Dining area with table seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen countertop.
*Living area with stone travertine floors, including a 55' HD Flat Screen Smart TV.
*Full Bath.
*Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
*Patio with sitting area and high top table with 2 chairs, opening to green space perfect for family fun activities.
Second Floor:
*Main bedroom with king-sized bed, pullout couch with twin bed, cable TV, full bath (shower), and balcony
*Second bedroom with queen-sized bed, full bath (tub/shower), cable TV, and balcony
*Upstairs alcove with a queen bed. There is a curtain for minimal privacy.
