Be our guest at this spacious, well maintained Mainsail townhome! As a true Destin (Miramar Beach) tradition and one of the best locations in the area. It is located across the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and 2 miles from the popular Village of Baytowne Wharf. Mainsail is convenient to fabulous golf courses, deep sea fishing, snorkling, birding, biking, shopping, great restaurants, water parks, and many types of family activities!
March-October - Includes beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs) on the private beach. Kayak and Paddleboard rentals are available on the beach. You can also see the beach attendant for bicycle rentals.
First Floor:
*Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, double oven, microwave oven, refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, Duo Keurig (carafe and single serve), blender.
*Dining area with table seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen countertop.
*Living area with stone travertine floors, including a 55' HD Flat Screen Smart TV.
*Full Newly updated bath.
*Laundry room with new full-size washer and dryer.
*Patio with sitting area and high top table with 2 chairs, opening to green space perfect for family fun activities.
Second Floor:
*Primary bedroom with king bed, pullout couch with twin bed, TV, full newly updated bath (shower), and balcony.
*Second bedroom with queen bed, full newly updated bath (tub/shower), Smart TV, and balcony.
*Upstairs alcove with a queen bed. There is a curtain for minimal privacy.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people
