Selling a Mapex Venus Series Drum Set. The kit has seen a bit of use, but apart from a small crack in one cymbal and a warped height adjustment on the boom cymbal stand (both occurred prior to my ownership), the kit is in good condition. It has a pretty good sound when compared to most other entry-level kits, and is on par with Pearl's Export series kit. Kit used as a percussion student through both high-school and college. This kit would be perfect for a student who is wanting to get serious about learning drum set without spending thousands of dollars on equipment. The kit has 3 toms (drum heads are in great shape), 3 cymbals, hi-hats, a sturdy adjustable music stand, and even a double-bass pedal, so it is very accommodating no matter what style you want to practice.
