The complex  is situated right on the coast line in Fort Myers Beach, Florida and the units sleep up to four (4) adult guests. The units come with efficiency kitchens so guests feel completely at home while on vacation. The attached pics are from the unit you will be renting so you can see how close the beach and ocean is situated from the unit.

This timeshare condo resort weeks in February, March & early April.  Contact me for available weeks for rent.  Checkin and checkout is on Saturday to Saturday of each week.  This is beach front condo overlooking the beach and ocean. It is paradise for all kind a fun and relaxation . The location of this complex is located 1 mile south of Fort Myers Beach downtown area and approximate 1 mile from Lovers Keys State park at . There is only 44 units in this entire complex (2 story high - not high rise building) and is hourseshoe shaped layout with pool/recreational area in middle. . The pool and hot tub is the largest one on South Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island) area.
